Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee trading and settlement operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Support robust risk management practices to protect the organization.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives to grow our client base.
  • Lead the system upgrade from traditional trading systems to Ayers.

Qualifications:

  • Current holder of an SFC unconditional Responsible Officer license for Type 1 regulated activities.
  • Sound legal knowledge in the financial area is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in managing operations and projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
