Personal Assistant to Group Chairman
Location: Wanchai
Salary: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and organize documentation for meetings, presentations, and events.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Assist in travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support various administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of the Chairman’s office.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a hospitality or luxury service environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
