Personal Assistant to Group Chairman

Location: Wanchai
Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist in travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support various administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of the Chairman’s office.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a hospitality or luxury service environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
